The Gault&Millau Tours and Young Talents Donations allow you to discover our regions with the presentation of prize lists rewarding the talents of our terroirs, endowments given to young talents and chefs of tomorrow. Our annual highlight is the Gala, celebrating the release of our national Yellow Guide and the awarding of trophies to the greatest chefs as well as the most promising.

Gault&Millau – Young Talents Donations

Initiated in 2014, the Gault&Millau Young Talents Donation was set up to support young entrepreneurs in the restaurant industry. It aims to help candidate “entrepreneurs” who wish to open their first restaurant. After a rigorous selection of their application, a grant in material (products or services) is awarded by the Gault&Millau partners to the dozen winners selected each year throughout France. "L’Atelier du Goût" Gault&Millau, it's 350m2 at the service of gastronomy.

This place corresponds perfectly to the contemporary vision of Gault&Millau: to promote committed young gastronomic actors, attentive to the resources of the planet, and who are conscious of the main mission given to them to transmit a philosophy of requirement and responsibility to the future generations of gastronomy.

The Atelier du Goût is a space for meeting, sharing and communication open to partners and players in the gastronomy sector. It is a place for transmission of knowledge and know-how.
