“Dotation Jeunes Talents” – Young Talents Donations

Inaugurated in 2014, the Gault&MillauDotation Jeunes Talents” – Young Talents Donation, was established to support young entrepreneurs in the restaurant industry. It aims to help candidate “entrepreneurs” who wish to open their first restaurant. After a rigorous selection of their application, a grant in material (products or services) is awarded by the Gault&Millau partners to the dozen winners selected each year throughout France. Since the beginning of this adventure, 102 young entrepreneurs have opened their restaurants and are doing this beautiful job with passion. Gault&Millau continues to follow them with enthusiasm.

  • Individual speed-dating between partners and entrepreneurs
  • Conference led by chefs, for students of the institution hosting the “Dotation Jeunes Talents” – Young Talents Donation
  • Presentation of the prizes by the partners
  • Lunch cocktail and cookink demonstrations
  • Guests: chefs, partners, journalists, students, local officials, …
