100 Chefs by Gault&Millau

On September 30 and October 1, 2023, Gault&Millau Netherlands will be organising the biggest culinary event in the Netherlands, “100Chefs by Gault&Millau”. The event will take place at the Miele Experience Center in Vianen with 100 top Dutch chefs. We can accommodate 1,000 food enthusiasts a day. This gastronomic event aims to promote the diversity and quality of the Dutch culinary scene and give restaurants the opportunity to introduce themselves to new customers.

In a unique collaboration with Gall&Gall, 25 international wineries will also be present to showcase their range. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste wines from countries such as France, South Africa, Argentina, Portugal and Italy, and to take part in a range of tastings and master classes led by winemakers and chefs.

“100Chefs by Gault&Millau is more than just an event. We introduce guests to restaurants, chefs and winemakers,” says Godfried van der Lugt, event organiser. “We are delighted to offer this platform to both established names and emerging talent, and look forward to create an unforgettable dining experience together.”

This two-day event is open to everyone, from gourmets to enthusiastic amateur foodies. Tickets are available now and give access to an unrivalled culinary experience, including the chance to sample dishes from 50 different chefs each day or 100 different chefs at the weekend, and to take part in exclusive tastings and masterclasses.
