As part of its expansion across the GCC, Gault & Millau is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Director to accelerate growth and build long-term strategic partnerships across the region.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO GCC, you will define and execute Gault & Millau’s Business Development strategy across the GCC while driving sustainable growth across all business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute Gault & Millau GCC’s Business Development strategy.
• Develop all Gault & Millau revenue streams, including strategic partnerships, sponsorships, events, digital platforms, licensing activities, B2B solutions and new business opportunities.
• Identify and develop new markets, business sectors and commercial opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with leading hospitality groups, tourism authorities, gastronomy stakeholders, luxury brands and institutions.
• Negotiate major commercial agreements.
• Lead and develop the commercial team.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and growth objectives.
• Work closely with the Editorial, Marketing, Events and Operations teams.
• Represent Gault & Millau before strategic partners, institutions and key accounts.

Objectives

• Deploy the GCC business development strategy.
• Build a portfolio of premium partners and sponsors.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Support Gault & Millau’s international expansion.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior business development or commercial leadership experience.
• Strong strategic partnership background.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
