Twenty years ago, he obtained a 12/20 rating in the Gault&Millau, “a real honour”. Today he has 19/20 and 5 toques. And he has just been crowned Cook of the Year in this 50th edition of the Yellow Guide. Olivier Nasti did not hide his pride (again), nor his emotion when he received his trophy. A trophy that rewards sincere and fair cooking, an exemplary career full of humility.
